Position Overview

The Tax Analyst supports U.S. and global tax activities by assisting with compliance, tax provision calculations, and reporting requirements. This role contributes to accurate and timely filings, research tax regulations, and supports process improvement initiatives. The position partners with internal stakeholders to help maintain compliance with domestic and international tax laws.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation of U.S. federal income tax returns and supporting calculations.
  • Support U.S. state income tax return preparation and compliance activities.
  • Prepare information for quarterly estimated tax payments and extensions.
  • Assist with annual information reporting for non-U.S. subsidiaries, including Forms 5471 and 8858.
  • Support monthly sales and use tax compliance requirements.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual tax provision calculations.

  • Research federal and state tax law changes and support tax planning projects.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in tax, accounting, or a related function.
  • Experience supporting tax compliance, reporting, or provision activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment without ongoing sponsorship.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience using OneSource tax software.
  • Knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax regulations.
  • Experience supporting multinational tax reporting activities.
  • Familiarity with account reconciliations and tax provision processes.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $71,000 - $91,000.

In addition to salary, H.B. Fuller offers a competitive total rewards package including benefits, recognition programs, health & wellness support, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays. Eligibility may vary.

The salary for this role is $71,000 - $91,000.
