NATURE AND SCOPE:

The Senior Coordinator provides high-level professional and administrative support to Product Development, delivering organized, timely, efficient, and accurate logistical coordination to strengthen execution across each Lead Product Developer's work, while providing execution-level support within each vertical build pod. The Senior Coordinator partners closely with team members to foster positive, collaborative working relationships within and across the division while serving as an internal resource, supporting a range of product development activities, including scheduling, documenting, and communicating out product development updates and following up with applicable internal stakeholders on outstanding items.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:

  • Support product schedule tracking within assigned verticals by maintaining detailed timelines, aligning dependencies, and surfacing risks, changes, and decisions to the product development team on a regular and timely basis.
  • Maintain detailed product documentation and artifact organization, including requirements, meeting notes, approvals, and supporting files, ensuring appropriate version control and easy access for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate vendor and cross-divisional communication by scheduling touchpoints, distributing agendas and recaps, and ensuring timely follow-up on open items, questions, and required approvals.
  • Track deliverables and readiness milestones across workstreams, confirming owners and due dates, monitoring status, and escalating blockers to keep development and launch plans on track.
  • Support build-to-launch execution activities, including coordination of reviews, readiness checklists, and handoffs to enablement/operations teams, to ensure launch materials and internal processes are prepared and aligned.
  • Foster effective working relationships with colleagues through clear communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with senior staff and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and efficient operations.
  • Perform duties and fulfill responsibilities that may, from time to time, include related or unrelated tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related project, product (or related) coordination experience in educational or professional environment required; or a combination of education and related experience
  • Experience with scheduling communication tools and software preferred
