Job Title: Training Specialist 3 - Senior Instructional Designer Location: Remote - (preferred local to Southern California for equipment pick up) Duration: 6 Months Assignment Shift/Hours: 40 hrs/week, M-F 8-5 PST Description: Analyze, design, and develop new training curriculums, participant guides, job aids, and assessments that are complex in nature. May conduct job task analysis and Train the Trainer sessions. Work with internal clients and subject matter experts to determine program and learning objectives. Will design and develop learning assets and/or lead a team of instructional designers. Required Skills/Attributes Must possess analytical and project management skills and have great attention to detail. May work as part of a larger project team and work with multiple stakeholders. Will develop training design documents. Must have a working proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and e-learning software including Articulate. Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Education Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent Desired Skills/Attributes Five years of experience developing learning assets in a utility, healthcare, military or aircraft industry. Prefer candidate with experience developing digital learning experiences and virtual training and/or maintaining complex technical curricula.
