**Key Responsibilities**



  • Manage projects within a specific domain or area of expertise, which may be internal, outsourced, or client-funded, involving multiple disciplines and teams.
  • Contribute to developing cost-effective solutions, evaluating alternatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to confirm requirements.
  • Ensure project acceptance within defined timeframes, quality, and security standards.
  • Ensure compliance with established project management policies and procedures.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and objections, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Actively coach team members in effective objection handling and project management techniques.
  • Keep leadership informed of any potential schedule and scope changes.


**What You Bring**



  • An undergraduate degree in Geoscience, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of combined software and project management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively under broad direction.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
