Description

This position is primarily responsible for performing transactions in compliance with regulatory and bank policies and procedures, and in adherence to bank security policies and confidentiality of bank records and customer information. Performs a wide variety of complex deposit operational tasks in addition to supporting other departmental processes as needed.

Position Accountabilities



  • Responsibilities to include but not limited to Regulation E disputes, including research, resolution, and post adjustments
  • Responds to inquiries relating to his or her particular area or to requests from customers and other Bank personnel within given time frames and within established policy.
  • Supports other teams within the department
  • Understanding team processes and procedures and provide updates and/or improvements
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, including compliance with the Bank's BSA/AML Policy and Procedures
  • Ensure excellence service is provided to our internal partners and customers.
  • Identifies and resolves issues within assigned team
  • Performs all other job duties as assigned and provide assistance to support team
  • Provide high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling and having access to sensitive information
  • Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure. Provide recommendations on areas of opportunities
  • Proactively research potential issues and provide solutions; executing as appropriate and managing up to Team Lead
  • Participate on projects

This position reports to the Manager-Fraud

Position Qualifications

Education & Experience



  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 year of operations or related experience
  • Banking/accounting/finance experience preferred


Knowledge & Skills



  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • High level of accuracy and great attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and quality focused
  • Flexible, able to adapt to change
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to handle multiple tasks


Salary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program.
