Your Role in Our Mission Oversee the process of the month-end close to ensure reporting is delivered by deadlines Performs financial analysis and ensures accounts are reconciled, journal entries approved Participate in the development of accounting procedures to improve efficiency and control over financial reporting Compile information for regulatory requirements and audits Work with external auditors to provide requests and ensure understanding or risks tested to complete the audit efficiently Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting within financial statements. Ensure internal controls are followed in accordance with policy Review and institute ways to streamline processes across the region to reduce workload Manage accounting team What You'll Bring Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS Large ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft AX is a plus Understanding of Accounting and Financial processes including risk and financial controls Management of staff - at least 5 years Bachelor's degree in accounting 7+ years of experience Pay Transparency The expected pay range for this role is $105,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
