Order Management Analyst (Temporary)

We are seeking an Order Management Analyst to support purchase order processing, system updates, and customer account accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with experience in order management, customer service, supply chain support, data entry, or ERP systems who enjoys detailed work and process accuracy.

Order Management Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer purchase orders through manual and electronic transactions.
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate order information within business systems.
  • Review purchase orders, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and customers.
  • Prepare sales order acknowledgements and supplier purchase orders within required timelines.
  • Maintain customer, supplier, part, pricing, and delivery information to ensure data integrity.
  • Support order changes including quantities, pricing, addresses, suppliers, and part updates.
  • Monitor order status, resolve issues, and maintain tracking documentation.
  • Perform system audits, peer reviews, and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and electronic records.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.


Order Management Analyst Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, databases, or order processing platforms is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong organizational skills.
