What You'll Do: Design electrical schematics and control panels using AutoCAD. Select electrical components (PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, relays, etc.) based on customer requirements and budget. Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) for each machine. Program PLCs to control machine operations. Program HMIs so operators can run and monitor the equipment. Test and troubleshoot machines before shipment. Provide technical support to customers during installation or after startup. Work closely with mechanical engineers, assembly technicians, and customers throughout the project. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in electrical controls, automation, or machine design. Proficient with Allen-Bradley PLC programming. Experience programming HMI interfaces. Experience using AutoCAD (or similar electrical design software). Knowledge of electrical circuit design and control panel layouts. Experience generating Bills of Materials (BOMs) and selecting electrical components. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
