Description Acara Solutions is looking for a Service Coordinator for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ. Role Overview Serve as APS liaison for residential and some commercial electric service work, coordinating customer requests such as meter installs, upgrades, and service activation from intake through completion. Own coordination between customers, field crews, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of service-related projects. Support customer intake and service request routing, partnering closely with Customer Project Representatives in a fast-paced service environment. What You'll Do: Job Requirements Required Skills Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role or construction environment. High school diploma or GED required. Construction-related background required, utility exposure preferred. Proven experience interacting with customers at job/installation sites. Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize workload. Preferred / Valuable Background Experience in utilities or field-based trades (e.g., plumbing, roofing, construction services). Entry-level project coordination or project management experience (scheduling, prioritization, timelines). Basic understanding of electrical systems or willingness to learn (generation to meter concepts). Experience coordinating work between customers and field crews on active job sites.
