Application Deadline: Monday, July 20th at 11:59pm EST The Curriculum Development and Instructional Senior Designer is responsible for designing the approach to training projects and developing the curriculum and content needed to support the CAI OpEx business. This role participates in Go-To-Market and Product Readiness meetings, consults on L&D recommendations and timelines, and prepares their peers for upcoming changes. The Curriculum Development and Instructional Senior Designer will have advanced proficiency in rapid instructional design tools and on-demand content development (software) and processes (theories and models), as well as adult learning theory. They will also have experience writing learning objectives and assessments using multiple levels of Bloom's Taxonomy and Kirkpatrick's Model. The Curriculum Development and Instructional Senior Designer will build and maintain strong partnerships with the Operational Excellence team as well as other departments and levels to develop and provide technologically innovative, engaging, and instructionally sound learning deliverables for the organization. USD 74,000.00 - 111,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $74,000.00 - $111,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
