- A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, or an Associate degree in an IT-related field paired with ten years of IT Lead experience.
- Secret clearance required

- Must possess a current certification meeting the requirements for the DCWF Information Systems Security Manager (722) at the Intermediate or Advanced level (such as CISSP or CISM).
- A minimum of four years of experience in a formal supervisory role managing technical teams responsible for military information systems.
- Demonstrated experience in program management (task delegation, performance tracking, personnel development).
- Experience overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of complex datacenter environments (server virtualization, network infrastructure, storage).

Job Objective
The Special Operations Mission Training Center (SOMTC) conducts individual and collective training for the USASOC operating and generating force, which shall include Joint Special Operations Forces, to prepare Special Operations Forces (SOF) to successfully operate across the full spectrum of operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall work efforts of the IT Operations Branch and subordinate sections, acting as the single point of contact for all IT support activities.
- Develop and maintain the organization's cybersecurity program while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of complex datacenter environments, including server virtualization, network infrastructure, and storage.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor security systems to respond to potential security incidents.
- Provide all required documentation for review to the Government Information System Security Manager (ISSM) regarding the Enclave's Authority to Operate (ATO).
