The Client Acquisition team is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Operations Consultant for a high-priority assignment through the end of 2026.

This role is focused entirely on execution and project management, not strategy ownership. If you love bringing order to complexity, thrive in fast-paced marketing environments, and take pride in flawless campaign execution, this role is for you. You will keep initiatives moving efficiently from planning through launch across paid media, email, and integrated campaigns.

What You'll Do:

  • Project Management: Own timelines and task tracking in Asana to keep campaigns organized and on schedule.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the launch of integrated campaigns across paid media, lifecycle email marketing, and vendor partnerships.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Align internal teams, external agencies, and legal/compliance partners for asset reviews.
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread and QA campaign assets; monitor UTM tracking, routing, and operational setups to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Reporting & Ops: Maintain campaign documentation, assist with vendor follow-ups, and help prepare data for weekly and monthly business reviews.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 5-8 years in growth marketing, marketing operations, or digital/integrated marketing.
  • Regulated Industry Background: Experience navigating compliance and legal review workflows (financial services or fintech is a plus).
  • Tools & Tech: Strong project management skills using Asana (or similar). Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Power BI is preferred.
  • Campaign Knowledge: Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing, paid media, email lifecycle, and campaign tracking/attribution.
  • Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver who can work independently with minimal direction.
