About the Role

As a pivotal Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of product marketing strategy, providing essential market context and key insights to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be instrumental in guiding decisions and establishing principles for the successful launch and growth of our product features and services. This role demands a proactive leader who can educate marketers, craft compelling content strategies, execute impactful campaigns, and communicate effectively through scalable initiatives, ultimately driving education, engagement, and product adoption. You will delve into detailed insights and understand big-picture implications, solving complex problems with optimal solutions while staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities



  • Act as a subject matter expert on product(s) or feature(s), collaborating with partners across teams to provide input into the product and feature development process, conduct market analysis, and predict industry trends for product development and marketing.
  • Lead meetings to develop comprehensive marketing plans for regional or functional marketing teams, reviewing portfolio characteristics, prioritizing marketing goals, and defining positioning plans to effectively identify and engage target audiences.
  • Drive the development and rollout of strategic frameworks for product marketing content across various channels. Define, identify, collect, and track appropriate quantitative and qualitative product or business metrics for new or existing ventures.
  • Validate market size and opportunity, including active users, revenue, market share, sales, growth, and profit. Leverage subject matter expertise to identify market opportunities and collaborate with relevant teams to build supporting rationales, hypotheses, and visions.
  • Understand the product and target audience deeply, develop compelling product positioning for users, and execute robust go-to-market plans and messaging for new products and features.
  • Develop insightful user insights to empower cross-functional teams and product partners in incorporating the user voice into product development and marketing strategies. Provide feedback for user experience improvements, advocate for in-product user experience, and promote sustained user engagement.
  • Drive product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategy by leveraging user insights and voice, adapting communication nuances for different product voices or goals across various communications (e.g., narratives, brand framework documents).
  • Independently create marketing content that aligns with product strategy, lead efforts to iterate content and design with cross-functional teams based on content standards, and collaborate with production teams to publish final marketing content.
  • Independently determine research needs, scope, manage, and guide user research initiatives by leveraging internal and external research partners.
  • Drive and manage medium- to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to effectively address user needs and achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Lead the evaluation and analysis of campaign performance for optimization, determine optimal channels for reaching and engaging users, and drive integrated channel strategies to meet targets.
