Business Solution Consultant / Senior Proposal Manager / Bid Manager Help Enterprise Customers Choose the Right Technology Winning enterprise software deals starts long before a contract is signed. It starts with a compelling story grounded in the customer's business priorities. As our Business Solution Consultant / Senior Proposal Manager, you'll transform complex business and technical information into persuasive, compliant proposals and pursuit materials that clearly demonstrate the value of our enterprise SaaS platform. You'll own a standardized Lead to Close process for Requests for Proposal , and Requests for Information (RFx), follow-up questions, demos and Best and Final Offer (BAFO), and other customer-facing procurement requests that support our sales organization, by using AI-enabled tools, collaboration hubs and, structured playbooks to drive consistency and speed from initial request through final submission. You'll manage the endtoend response process for Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), due diligence requests, and other customerfacing procurement activities that support our sales organization. Working within defined timelines and milestones (RFxbased plans, internal reviews, pricing checkpoints), you'll coordinate kickoff, content development, reviews, and final delivery across all stages of the pursuit. This is a highly visible role within our Presales organization where your work directly influences strategic opportunities and revenue growth. You'll partner closely with Sales, Presales, Services, Product Management, Legal, Security, and Executive Leadership to execute pursuit strategies, orchestrate cross-functional contributions, and deliver polished, high-quality, on-time responses that help customers confidently select our solutions. What Majesco Offers: Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
