Position Summary The Executive Protection Team Leader (EPTL) / Lead Body Agent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing protective operations for corporate executives, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and other protected persons. This position serves as the primary operational lead for protective details, ensuring the safety, security, and continuity of the principal's activities while managing personnel, logistics, and risk mitigation efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and manage executive protection operations during domestic and international assignments.
- Serve as the primary protective agent and trusted advisor to the principal.
- Develop and execute protective operations plans, advances, route surveys, and contingency plans.
- Conduct threat assessments and identify vulnerabilities related to travel, residences, offices, and event venues.
- Coordinate transportation, accommodations, venue security, and local resources.
- Direct and supervise body agents, drivers, residential security personnel, and vendors.
- Maintain constant situational awareness and proactively identify emerging risks.
- Coordinate with executive assistants, corporate leadership, family office personnel, law enforcement, and third-party security providers.
- Produce operational reports, advance reports, after-action reviews, and security assessments.
- Manage emergency response procedures, including medical incidents, security threats, and evacuation operations.
- Ensure all protective operations are conducted professionally, discreetly, and in alignment with client expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of Executive Protection, military, law enforcement, or protective security experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience conducting domestic and international protective operations.
- Strong operational planning, advance work, and logistics management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel extensively and work flexible schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Military Special Operations, Federal Protective Service, Diplomatic Security, or specialized law enforcement experience.
- Protective driving certification.
- EMT, CPR, AED, or advanced medical certification.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, family offices, or high-profile individuals.
- Active security licenses, firearms permits, CCW, HR218, or equivalent credentials.
Executive Protection Local Body Agent
Position Summary The Executive Protection Local Body Agent provides close protection support for principals during daily activities, meetings, events, and travel within their assigned area of responsibility. The agent serves as a visible and proactive security presence while maintaining a professional and low-profile approach that supports the principal's daily operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide close protection coverage for executives, family members, and designated principals.
- Maintain protective formations and security protocols during movements and public appearances.
- Conduct venue assessments, route reconnaissance, and site security evaluations.
- Identify suspicious activity and implement appropriate countermeasures.
- Support protective transportation operations and coordinate with drivers and advance personnel.
- Maintain communication with team leaders and other security personnel throughout operations.
- Assist with access control, crowd management, and emergency response procedures.
- Prepare daily activity reports and incident documentation.
- Ensure operational readiness of assigned equipment and communications systems.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all client information and activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Executive Protection, military, law enforcement, or security experience.
- Strong understanding of protective operations and situational awareness principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain composed in high-pressure environments.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
