Job Title: Claims Examiner

Location: St. Paul Minnesota 55101 (Remote- onsite about 2 days a month)

Duration: 12 - month (with possibly extension)

Pay range: $20 -$26

Job Description :

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Processor to support the administration of annuity death claims and income-related transactions.
• This role is responsible for reviewing documentation, processing claim-related activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting timely and compliant customer payments
• The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple work items while adhering to established procedures and service standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review and process annuity claim and life insurance transactions and related documentation.
• Verify claim requirements and supporting documentation.
• Update and maintain claim records within company systems.
• Prepare and process customer correspondence.
• Research claim issues and resolve routine processing exceptions.
• Monitor work queues and complete assigned work within established turnaround times.
• Partner with internal teams to obtain information needed to complete claim processing.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operating procedures.
• Support quality reviews and audit requests as needed.
• Provide professional service to internal and external customers.
