About the Role:

• Account setup and maintenance
• Daily cash and position reconciliation between systems
• Operational support and processing activities
• Research and resolve low-risk operational issues
• Monitor daily workflows and reconciliation activities
• Collaborate with internal teams, managers, and customers
• Gather and analyze data to support issue resolution
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures
