Job Title: Banking Specialist III Duration: 2 years Location: Remote - Working east coast hours Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M-F Core business hours Admin/Clerical Only: Back-office vs Telephone work: 80% back-office 20% phone Summary of the Role: The Banking Specialist III promotes strong and lasting Customer relationships in a product implementation environment by providing quality Customer service in an efficient and highly professional manner. Achieves a high level of success by understanding Customer needs and identifying opportunities to grow the business. Provides exceptional Customer service by meeting all Customer demands as they relate to a range of issues varying in complexity, with low to moderate support of more experienced personnel. Displays positive, professional tone, exhibit empathy when required, deliver key attributes and provide a WOW! experience for the Customer. Takes ownership of Customer concerns and resolve Customer issues at first point of contact. Ensures necessary due diligence is taken to support the accuracy of all Customer transactions Arrives on-time and log-in ready to receive/make Customer calls as scheduled throughout the shift. Must be well organized and able to handle many implementations at once. Must Have: Excel. Outlook. Banking experience. 5+ years Customer service experience. Strong written communication- ability to write professional emails. Ideally banking \ FI, needs some corporate experience. Notepad. Salesforce. Previous fraud experience. Soft Skills: Able to work independently. Critical thinking. Degree/Level of Education: High School Diploma, Post-Secondary is Preferred. Years Of Overall Experience: 3yrs.
