This role sits within the Velocity Suite Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) Product Team and focuses on driving adoption of Velocity Suite technologies - Process Mining, Value+ solutions, and Generative AI agents. As the Velocity Suite grows, the FDE Product Team is expanding to accelerate adoption across the customer base. The objective of this role is to identify and bring in use cases that deliver measurable business value by working directly with customers, Application Product Managers, and partners to explore, build, and adopt net-new solutions - primarily across CloudSuite Distribution (CSD).
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Driving adoption of Velocity Suite technologies across the customer base, including Process Mining, Value+ solutions, and Gen AI agents.
- Partnering directly with customers to discover, scope, and prioritize use cases that deliver measurable business impact.
- Collaborating with Application Product Managers to align use cases with the product roadmap and confirm technical feasibility.
- Working with partners and the FDE team to prototype, build, and validate net-new solutions in customer environments.
- Guiding customers through the adoption journey, from initial exploration through deployment and realized value.
- Serving as the connection between customer needs and product development, channeling field insights back into the product organization.
- Demonstrating ROI and time-to-value to advance the Velocity Suite value proposition with customers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in product management, solution engineering, or a forward-deployed/customer-facing technical role.
- Experience with enterprise software adoption within distribution, supply chain, or CloudSuite Distribution environments.
- Experience with Process Mining, RPA, AI/Gen AI technologies, and value-realization frameworks.
- Experience translating customer needs into buildable solutions and use cases.
- Communication and stakeholder management experience across customers, partners, and internal product teams.
- Experience with rapid prototyping in customer-facing settings and operating in ambiguity.
- Must be willing to work 3 days per week in the office.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) or adjacent wholesale distribution environments.
- Experience delivering AI or automation use cases from concept through production.
- Experience with distribution and supply chain workflows, including inventory, order management, and fulfillment.
- Experience applying Process Mining, Value+, or value-realization tooling in customer engagements.
- Experience quantifying ROI and time-to-value for enterprise software deployments.
