Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Performance & Analytics Senior Manager to join our Global Logistics team.

This person owns Logistics performance reporting, KPIs, TMS master data creation & maintenance, annual budget planning (inclusive of long rage planning), and freight accruals. This role is a critical end-user voice in the design of Logistics Data Products, and partners closely with the Global Logistics Business Process Owner (BPO) to ensure continuous improvement is grounded in real performance data. The role is also the reporting and performance lens through which Logistics contributes to the organization's broader Digital Transformation.

The Senior Manager operates in a lean organization - resourcefulness, analytical rigor, and the ability to communicate complex performance data clearly to senior stakeholders are as important as technical execution.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role owns run-time execution - building and maintaining reporting against those definitions, operating master data governance, owning budget and freight accruals, and monitoring performance.

Performance reporting & KPIs

  • Own the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of Logistics performance reports and KPI dashboards across all Logistics processes.
  • Define KPI frameworks in partnership with the Global Logistics BPO and the Global Logistics leadership; ensure metrics reflect business priorities and process standards.
  • Monitor KPI trends; identify performance gaps, root causes, and corrective action opportunities; escalate and report findings to Logistics leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level performance reporting - including PowerPoint-based briefings - with clear narrative, options, and recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary Logistics interface for the Data & Performance team on reporting design, data requirements, and dashboard development.

TMS Master Data Maintenance

  • Own master data governance and maintenance within Oracle OTM in close collaboration with the broader BSMO / CM&TO data governance teams.
  • Operate master data governance against the data model, valid-value rules, and validation logic defined by the Global Logistics BPO ; maintain master data values and enforce standards operationally.
  • Drive continuous improvement of master data quality; identify gaps, implement controls, and track data health metrics.
  • Partner with DTE and Role 1 on master data requirements for system releases, UAT, and release validation.

Annual Budget Planning & Freight accruals

  • Build the annual Logistics operations budget from the bottom up, structured by LSP, Disease Area, and Cost Center following the process and design as part of the end to end process.
  • Own freight accruals calculation methodology and monthly reporting to Finance; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track actuals vs. budget; identify variances, provide analysis, and support Logistics leadership in financial decision-making.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Logistics Operations to align budget assumptions with network realities and contractual commitments.

Logistics Data Products: End-User representation

  • Serve as the primary end-user voice for reporting, KPI, and performance-data requirements within Logistics Data Products;.
  • Partner with the Global Logistics BPO, DTE, and the Supply Chain SCORE team to ensure data products deliver the analytical capabilities Logistics needs to operate and improve.
  • Validate data product outputs against business requirements; provide structured feedback on gaps, quality issues, and enhancement priorities.

Digital Transformation - Reporting & Performance Automation

  • Ensures digital initiatives are designed with reporting and performance measurement needs in mind from the outset, inclusive development and implementation of performance-automation opportunities
  • Champion data-driven decision-making across Logistics; build the analytical culture and capability within the function.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Navigate ambiguous data and performance situations by structuring the analysis, presenting clear options, and driving alignment to a decision.
  • Communicate complex performance and financial topics clearly to Logistics leadership and senior stakeholders, including preparation of executive-level presentations.
  • Build cross-functional consensus on data definitions, KPI methodology, and reporting standards across teams with competing priorities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, and/or Supply Chain management.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Distribution and Logistics management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced: pivot tables, arrays, conditional formatting) and PowerPoint for analysis and executive reporting.
  • Familiarity with BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Professional certification in Supply Chain or Logistics (APICS CLTD or CSCP) preferred.
  • Requires 2 years of experience as a lead for performance metric reporting, management & governance in a global matrix organization.
  • Master's degree in business or Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering or finance preferred
  • Good knowledge of Supply Chain systems, particularly Oracle TMS.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong leadership, networking, and influencing abilities.
  • Intercultural competence and ability to work in diverse teams.
  • Business acumen and financial analytics skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly, convincingly, and confidently.
  • Strong portfolio management skills (PMI certification is a plus).

Pay Range:

$128,600 - $192,800

Disclosure Statement:

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
