Job Summary The Location Manager is the facility administrator and resource manager for an Austin Powder regional customer service location. The Location Manager will develop and lead a team of 5-30 direct reports through all activities to provide products and services delivering customer satisfaction through operational excellence. Responsibilities fall into five primary areas: People, Safety, Resources, Finances, and Customer Service. The Location Manager reports directly to the regional Operation Manager. This position at times will be required to work outside in all weather conditions in a hands-on environment. Ability to walk, stand, sit, use hands to operate controls and work with tools, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear is necessary for this role.
