The Land Development Business Unit is seeking a Senior Civil Designer in Woodinville, WA. This position plays a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of a wide variety of private and public development projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, institutional, and community development projects. The successful candidate will serve as a technical leader responsible for developing and overseeing civil design solutions, coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high-quality project deliverables. This individual will possess advanced expertise in Civil 3D and land development design principles and will independently perform complex design assignments while supporting project managers and engineers throughout project delivery.
