Job Description The U.S. Client Marketing team, part of the North America Marketing organization, has become a trusted marketing partner for our clients, including financial institutions, fintechs, merchants, and processors. As demand for Marketing Services continues to grow, the Marketing Services Delivery team plays a critical role in helping clients bring their marketing strategies to life by partnering with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and clients to deliver integrated marketing engagements. The Senior Manager, Marketing Services Delivery will lead the implementation and execution of complex marketing engagements on behalf of Visa's clients, working across internal teams, agency partners, and clients to deliver exceptional results. This role will help improve how Marketing Services engagements are delivered by enhancing processes, tools, and team practices that drive efficient, consistent, and high-quality execution. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail oriented, forward thinking, has a high level of organizational acumen, and is experienced in managing projects and processes within a fast-paced, matrixed organization. This role reports to the Director, Marketing Services Delivery. Essential Functions Client Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the implementation and execution of complex marketing engagements on behalf of Visa clients, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, budget, and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and guiding engagements from kickoff through completion.
- Present marketing recommendations and deliverables-including strategy, creative concepts, media plans, experiential and event programs, sponsorship activations, and campaign results-to clients and key stakeholders.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve how Marketing Services engagements are delivered by enhancing processes, tools, and team practices that drive efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- Partner with Marketing Services Business Development, internal stakeholders, and agency teams to continuously improve delivery models, workflows, and speed to market.
- Evaluate engagement outcomes, identify best practices, and implement process improvements that enhance future performance and the overall client experience.
Marketing & Functional Expertise
- Provide marketing thought leadership and expertise across key Marketing Services disciplines, including research and insights, marketing strategy, campaign development, campaign execution, events and sponsorships, program optimization, and measurement.
- Guide the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels and stages of the customer journey.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams, agency partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality work while effectively managing project timelines, program risks, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
- Foster a culture of learning and collaboration by sharing industry knowledge, delivery best practices, and practical experience across the Marketing Services.

- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in marketing, marketing services, consulting, or agency account management with a bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD), including significant experience leading client-facing marketing initiatives.
- Understanding of consumer, small business, commercial, prepaid, debit, and credit payments markets; payments industry experience preferred.
- Deep expertise across multiple marketing disciplines, including research and insights, marketing strategy, campaign development and execution, creative/content development, sponsorships, events, and measurement.
- Experience managing agency partners and/or delivering marketing consulting services, including the development and execution of integrated, full-funnel marketing programs.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders as a strategic advisor and partner.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex marketing engagements across multiple internal and external stakeholders while balancing scope, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with a proven ability to drive alignment and decision-making in highly matrixed organizations.
- Ability to operate independently in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments, using data and insights to inform recommendations and business decisions.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; experience engaging and influencing executive and C-suite audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, and a demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, collaboration, and business outcomes.
- 7+ years of experience in agency account management, financial services or payments marketing including issuers, fintechs, processors, or merchants
- Successful operating in fast-paced, highly matrixed organizations
U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $153,700.00 to $ 246,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
