Description and Requirements We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Server Test Engineer to lead and optimize server production operations. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality output, process efficiency, and alignment with Lenovo's global manufacturing standards. Server Test Engineers are the bridge between product design and the finished product, ensuring that manufacturing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and produce high-quality goods. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently in a high-pressure, results-oriented organization and have experience in self-management and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve business KPIs. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, including CPT or OPT.
