What you will enjoy doing*
- In this role, you will perform monthly global consolidation and reporting procedures, including intercompany validation, account analysis, and dispute resolution
- Manage monthly consolidation entries with proper documentation, tracking, and facilitation of review
- Conduct consolidated equity rollforward and detailed analysis and prepare and analyze monthly derivatives entries
- And you will maintain and update monthly reporting calendars and develop new reporting requirements as needed
- Track and complete quarterly and annual government reporting obligations
- Coordinate global quarterly accounting and reporting calls across functions
- Further, you will ensure ongoing compliance with control procedures for SOX and maintain procedural documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, technical accounting, and business units to enhance process efficiency and reduce risk
- Support internal and external audit processes during quarterly reviews and annual audits
- You will assist in preparing quarterly and annual external financial reports in accordance with US GAAP and Modified GAAP
What makes you great
- A bachelor's or master's degree in
accounting is required and a CPA and/or MBA strongly is preferred - Minimum three to four (3-4) years of experience in public accounting or mix of public and equivalent private industry experience required
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Workiva, Hyperion, JDE, and/or SAP a plus
- You have strong analytical and time management skills with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
- Ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong sense of urgency and accountability
