Salary Range: $37.10 hourly

Job Summary:**

The Maintenance Tech Coordinator at Comfort Revolution Mfg of Miss is responsible for coordinating and supporting the maintenance department's activities to ensure the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role involves scheduling, record-keeping, and communication to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.

What You Will Do:
* Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules for preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
* Receive, prioritize, and assign work orders to maintenance technicians based on urgency and skill set.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, parts usage, and labor hours within a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
* Order, track, and manage spare parts and materials inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels for critical equipment.
* Communicate effectively with production teams regarding maintenance schedules, equipment status, and potential impacts on operations.
* Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
* Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions.
* Generate reports on maintenance performance metrics, such as downtime, repair costs, and work order completion rates.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the maintenance department.
* Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services.

What You Will Need:

* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment, with experience in a coordination or administrative role preferred.
* Proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Fiix) is highly desirable.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
