What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and maintain winders(specifically KOEM winders)
- Make changes at the machine to enable variousjellyroll configurations
- Satisfy prototype build output, debugging machineandmaterial issues to hold schedule
- Master winder fundamentals and limitations (eg.machine hardware, process parameters, achievable tolerances)
- Understand cellandjellyroll technical requirements and specifications, including alignment of anode, cathode, separators, and other novel parts
- Interpret engineering drawing prints anddeterminewinder adjustments needed to accomplish evolving targets
- Generate reports from collected data
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2-3years hands-on experience with jellyroll winding or equivalent
- Competence in Office365, especially Microsoft Excel
- Keen eye for detailandcatching abnormalitiesthrough observations
- Discipline to accurately capture and record critical data throughout cell assembly process
- Mastery of in-process inspection tools: micrometers, calipers, multimeters
- Motivation to learn new skills, including advanced characterization and analysis techniques used to verify quality (eg.microscopes and X-ray)\
- Creativeandindependent thinker with solid communicationandorganization ability
- Proactive, hard-working teammate who tackles tasks properly and without supervision
- Physicalrequirements,such asliftingitems up to 25 pounds, standing for long shifts, anddry room/PPEsuch as the capability to wear a respirator are required
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or another technical field, or equivalent experience a plus

Expected Compensation
$23.18 - $47.88/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
