RN - Cath Lab

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab team in upstate New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac care, with a focus on both mechanical and electrical diagnosis and intervention. This role involves working in both inpatient and outpatient procedural labs, providing comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients.

Preference for 36 hours per week; options available for 4O10 or 3O12-hour shifts (7am-5:30pm; 7am-7:30pm). Availability for weekends, holidays, on-call, callback, and charge per unit needs is required.

• Provide pre and post-procedural care in a collaborative practice model with RN staff and CVT professionals.
• Focus on excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• 2 years of Cath Lab experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA).
• Moderate sedation training.
• Experience with dysrhythmia and telemetry.
• Proficiency in TAVR, MitraClip, and Watchman procedures.
• Experience in Right Heart and Left Heart Hemodynamics, Cardiac Interventions, CTO, PCI, Pericardiocentesis, Vascular Interventions, RotoPro, LVADs, AngioVac, and FlowTriever.
• Mechanical Circulatory Support Experience Required: ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuo, and LVAD.
• Structural Heart experience with TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, Valvuloplasty, and ASA.
• Critical care or cardiac experience required.

• Cardiovascular certification or RCES preferred.
• Familiarity with device and ablation procedures and equipment.
• EP Lab experience.
• New York RN License.
