* Oversee subcontract agreements, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

* Provide the Board of Directors with consistent, structured monthly communications on organizational updates and milestones.

* Complete and submit required quarterly grant updates and progress reports to funders.

Operations & Strategic Management

* Act as the primary project and task manager for the Institute's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

* Schedule, prepare materials for, and lead quarterly Institute team OKR review meetings.

* Support the Executive Director with fundraising initiatives and donor relations management.

Financial Oversight & Audit Support

* Ensure financial billing, expense tracking, and record-keeping are accurate, compliant, and up to date.

* Provide detailed monthly accounting and cashflow updates to the Executive Director and the Board Finance Committee.

* Serve as the main point of contact and operational lead for the annual non-profit audit.

Key Deliverables:

* Monthly Board Update & Health Report - A structured report detailing operational milestones, risks, and OKR progress.

* Monthly Financial Packet - Cashflow updates and accounting summaries delivered to the Executive Director and Board Finance Committee.

* Quarterly Grant Reports - Completed compliance and progress updates submitted to funders.

* Quarterly OKR Reviews - Organized and facilitated review sessions, with tracking data updated in the Institute's project management system.
