Your role

As an Aftermarket Project Manager at Atlas Copco Mafi-Trench Company LLC, you will play a pivotal role in steering customer-centric projects from initiation to successful completion within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Your leadership will be essential in aligning cross-functional teams including engineering, sourcing, production, and quality assurance to meet project objectives, timelines, and budgets.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing detailed project plans, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of project risks. You will serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external customers, maintaining transparent and consistent communication to manage expectations effectively.

Your strategic problem-solving skills will be instrumental in navigating complex project challenges, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Post-project, you will conduct thorough evaluations aimed at continuous improvement and operational excellence, contributing to both departmental and company-wide success.

The compensation for this role ranges from $106,348 to $166,541 annually, paid bi-weekly, complemented by performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, tuition assistance, and employee support programs. Key responsibilities include:



  • Managing project budgets and schedules to ensure on-time and on-cost delivery
  • Leading communications with domestic and international sales teams and customers to foster strong collaborative relationships
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and addressing contractual changes
  • Coordinating project shipment and delivery logistics
  • Monitoring risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Providing regular progress reports to management and stakeholders
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle


To succeed, you will need

  • Possess a BS or BA degree in engineering, business, or a relevant field, or equivalent combined education and professional experience
  • Hold between 2 to 5 years of applicable experience, preferably in project management within a technical or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrate understanding of technical specifications and experience working with technical products or systems
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication, a proactive self-starter mindset, and an ability to multitask effectively while working collaboratively in team settings
  • Be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time

Additionally, you will coordinate all logistics related to packaging and shipment, ensuring seamless delivery experiences.
