Sales Associate Coordinator We are seeking a Sales Associate Coordinator to join a growing team supporting post-sale customer operations. This role is responsible for resolving customer service and invoicing issues, ensuring a seamless experience from order entry through shipment and invoicing. Compensation * Contract Pay: $21-$22/hour * Conversion Pay: $21-$23/hour Location & Schedule * Hybrid work environment * Onsite 3 days per week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with some flexibility) * Core hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Required lunch break * Some schedule flexibility available Position Overview This role is similar to a Project Coordinator and focuses on supporting customers throughout the order lifecycle. Responsibilities include: * Resolving billing and invoicing issues * Supporting order management activities * Communicating with customers primarily through email, with occasional phone interaction * Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution * Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment The team supports: * Distributor channel partners (B2B) * Direct customer accounts (customer-facing B2B support) What We're Looking For * Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Excellent organizational and prioritization skills * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities * Knowledge in business, supply chain, finance, invoicing, or operations preferred * High School Diploma required Preferred Qualifications * Associate degree * Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce Team & Growth Opportunity * Team of approximately 20 professionals * Recent leadership growth within the department * Excellent entry point into the organization with strong opportunities for advancement Many employees have successfully progressed from this team into areas such as: * Supply Chain * Finance * Logistics * Other operational and business functions Employment Type This position is intended to be contract-to-hire, though conversion timing may extend beyond six months based on business needs.
