About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an Associate Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, distributors, and internal business partners, ensuring a seamless experience from order entry through shipment, invoicing, and issue resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service, business, finance, supply chain, or sales support experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing multiple priorities. The position offers significant growth potential, with many team members advancing into Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and other areas of the organization. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer and distributor accounts. * Process customer purchase orders, quotations, and sales orders with accuracy and attention to detail. * Monitor order status, backlog reports, and shipment timelines to ensure on-time delivery. * Coordinate order fulfillment activities and resolve order holds, delays, and discrepancies. * Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams to address customer needs and improve service levels. * Communicate order updates, shipment information, and delivery impacts to customers and partners. * Support post-sale activities including invoice reconciliation, billing inquiries, freight claims, returns, and shipment discrepancies. * Maintain accurate customer, order, shipment, and invoicing records in SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and other reporting tools. * Manage customer cases and documentation while ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution. * Obtain and review freight quotes and assist with shipping coordination and documentation. * Support reporting activities and maintain data integrity across multiple systems. * Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication. Qualifications * Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, supply chain, or operations. * Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce. * Manufacturing customer service experience. * Exposure to invoicing, order processing, logistics, or supply chain operations. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Kohler, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
