The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking service and repair of recreational vehicles and camper units. This role manages the service process from appointment scheduling through vehicle delivery, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate documentation, and clear communication throughout the repair process. The Service Writer works closely with technicians, parts personnel, and customers to ensure repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the main customer contact for service and repair inquiries. * Schedule service appointments and manage service workflow. * Create, maintain, and close repair orders accurately. * Communicate repair status, timelines, and recommendations to customers. * Coordinate with technicians and parts teams to support timely service completion. * Verify completed work and ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle delivery. * Process payments and maintain accurate service records. * Provide professional and responsive customer service in person, by phone, and via email. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, including LEAN and 5S practices. * Maintain organized service documentation and administrative records.
