Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute casino marketing strategies that increase player acquisition, retention, and frequency of play.
  • Oversee player database growth and segmentation to deliver targeted offers, promotions, and communications.
  • Lead the planning and execution of casino promotions, tournaments, giveaways, and special events that drive guest traffic and excitement.
  • Direct mail, digital, email, print, outdoor, and web-based campaigns that promote gaming, entertainment, and guest experiences.
  • Manage VIP and high-value player programs, including personalized marketing, exclusive offers, and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Manage all sales teams retail volume generation strategies including hotel, events, group, casino, bus, convention, catering, national, local, corporate, and trade.
  • Analyze player behavior, campaign performance, and revenue trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Partner with gaming, operations, hospitality, food and beverage, and entertainment teams to create coordinated guest experiences.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure promotional spend is aligned with revenue goals and return on investment.
  • Maintain strong awareness of casino floor activity, player preferences, and competitive market trends to inform marketing decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies related to promotions and guest communications.
  • Build, coach, and lead the casino marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns and exceptional guest engagement.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support long-term marketing plans, revenue targets, and brand positioning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Compensation:



    • Target Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000



    Additional Benefits:



    • $7 Daily Employee Parking



    Physical Demands & Work Environment:




    • Operates in both a professional office environment and casino setting, using standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.


    • The work environment may include exposure to bright lighting, elevated noise levels, and occasionally stressful or fast-paced situations associated with casino operations.


    • Regularly required to communicate effectively by talking and hearing, as well as use hands and fingers to handle, operate, and manipulate objects, tools, and controls.


    • Frequently performs tasks involving sitting, and occasionally may be required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.


    • Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.


    • Requires visual abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus to perform job duties effectively.

    Qualifications
    Experience
    Must be able to obtain and maintain any required Illinois gaming license or regulatory clearance. (required)
    Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. (required)
    Strong customer service and public relations background. (required)
    Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. (required)
    Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills. (required)
    Demonstrated success leading marketing strategy, campaign execution, and team development. (required)
    Property opening experience preferred. (required)
    Complex operations, resort, or integrated resort experience preferred (required)
    5 to 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within casino marketing, hospitality, or a high-value guest environment. (required)
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred. (required)
