Job Description

This Senior Project Coordinator oversees accreditation readiness and quality improvement across Behavioral Health (BH). This role ensures ongoing compliance with The Joint Commission, CARF, and evidence-based practice fidelity standards by coordinating surveys, monitoring regulatory requirements, analyzing performance and outcome data, identifying improvement opportunities, supporting quality assurance initiatives, implementing new standards and regulations, and managing corrective action plans to maintain continuous accreditation and certification readiness

Minimum Requirements

  • Master's degree or the equivalent in a combination of education and experience in human services-related field.

  • Minimum two years experience working with chronically ill and complex populations.

  • Strong, demonstrated leadership ability.

  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to maintain effective, working relationships with all levels of hospital employees and with multicultural clientele and staff.

  • Ability to effectively formulate, organize, implement, coordinate, and review plans for using information.

  • Maintain current BLS certification.

  • Completion of training as directed through Orientation and/or by Leadership, Management or Educators in the established timeline for continued employment.
