Contacts customers and collaborates with other sales persons as a Complex Global Air Freight expert within a defined geographical territory. Ensures customers are capitalizing on the Company's unique logistics solutions for international freight. Prioritizes a strong connection with the primary sales team(s) to ensure alignment with customer strategy. Focuses on personal sales targets by developing new business opportunities, troubleshooting customer problems and enhances existing customer relationships.

Essential Functions

  • Organizes large amounts of information and establishes priorities.
  • Achieves major account sales as well as complex international sales.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent and three (3) years of business-to-business sales experience required.

Minimum Experience

Experience in the forwarding industry preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to travel overnight as required.

Job Conditions

Moderate travel required.

Preferred Qualifications: International freight or global supply-chain sales experience, Freight-forwarding experience, New-business development and account-growth experience, Strong internal collaboration and influencing skills, Large-territory field-sales and travel experience

Pay Transparency:

Pay: $5,400.00 - $13,175.00

Additional Details: This is a customer-facing field sales role that requires regular in-person meetings and travel throughout the territory. Candidates must reside within the states of Illinois or Wisconsin.
