In the Senior Supply Chain Analyst position, you'll leverage data, analytics, and business insights to shape supply chain strategy and improve business performance. You'll lead high-impact analytics initiatives, develop reporting and decision-support tools, and partner with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and drive measurable results. What You'll Do and Impact:
Lead complex analytics initiatives that provide actionable insights into supply chain performance and support strategic business objectives. Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that improve visibility into key performance metrics and drive informed decision-making. Build and deploy GPTs and AI agents to automate supply chain workflows, accelerate analysis, and improve operational decision-making. Partner with supply chain leadership and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, solve complex challenges, and prioritize high-impact initiatives. Translate complex data into clear recommendations by presenting findings, risks, and opportunities to business stakeholders and senior leadership. Develop business cases, analytical frameworks, and project roadmaps that deliver measurable business value and operational improvements. Serve as a subject matter expert for supply chain analytics while promoting best practices in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. Mentor and support Supply Chain Analysts by sharing technical expertise, providing guidance, and helping prioritize the team's work. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, analytics, business processes, and decision support capabilities.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Five or more years of experience in supply chain analytics, business analytics, data science, or a related field. Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Databricks Advanced experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional analytics projects and managing multiple priorities.
Additional Items of Interest:
Advanced degree or professional certification in analytics, data science, supply chain, or a related field. Experience with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages. Experience working within an Agile environment. Knowledge of supply chain operations or the senior living industry.
