The Pines of Shiloh Adult Care Facility is currently seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate Resident Assistants to join our team.

Position Details

• Position: Resident Assistant
• Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time
• Shifts Available: 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift
• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
• Facility Size: 16-Bed Adult Care Facility
• Location: Dayton, Ohio

About the Role

Resident Assistants provide support and assistance to adult residents in a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, patience, reliability, and a commitment to quality resident care.

We Are Looking For Individuals Who:

• Have a caring and positive attitude
• Are dependable and responsible
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Are committed to providing excellent resident care
• Have experience in caregiving or healthcare (preferred but not required)
