We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Position: Maintenance I Porter



The Maintenance I Porter is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the building and grounds and minor repairs.

Minimum Qualifications:



  • High School diploma or GED preferred. Good communications skills.



Maintenance I Porter Principal Responsibilities:



  • Clean all areas and dispose of garbage in accordance with the facility schedule.
  • Provide general interior and exterior maintenance (examples: floor stripping, power washing, painting, lightbulb changing)
  • Maintain the facility landscape and perimeter (examples: lawn mowing, shrub trimming, snow removal, debris removal)
  • Assemble furniture and equipment and maintain in working condition
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner.
  • Accept and transport deliveries of supplies, furniture, and other program materials.
  • Assist in inventory control.
  • Be available and provide back-up in emergency situations.
