Bus Driver

The Garrison Union Free School District is seeking qualified candidates for a part-time Bus Driver position. This role is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, safety-focused individual who enjoys working with students and serving the school community.

The hourly rate is $32 per hour, with an average workload of approximately 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include safely transporting students to and from school, following assigned routes and schedules, conducting routine safety checks, and maintaining a professional and courteous environment while on duty.

Qualified candidates must possess a valid CDL license. Applicants who have a CDL Class B license with school bus and passenger endorsements are preferred. Candidates must also obtain fingerprint clearance in order to work in a public school district. Strong communication skills, punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to student safety are important for success in this position.
