Additional Job Description As a Family Medicine (FM) Physician, you'll work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team that includes access to specialists, mental health professionals, and integrative medicine through the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy and legal responsibilities. Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows. Learn more Pay Range Pay Range: $290,500 to $339,800 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
