Job Duties

• Hand-load metal blanks onto the press
• Feed steel through tandem or transfer presses
• Operate press controls with a partner
• Remove completed parts from the press
• Place finished components into designated bins
• Inspect parts for visible defects
• Complete required production paperwork
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all machine-operating and safety procedures

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
• Ability to work closely with a press-operating partner
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to handle steel blanks and finished parts
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately
• Dependable attendance and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn tandem and transfer press operations
