As the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Modernization, you will spearhead critical end-to-end program management efforts that define and drive the next phase of modernization initiatives within our supply chain operations. This leadership role involves comprehensive responsibility for scoping projects, constructing robust business cases, prioritizing initiatives amidst competing demands, activating resource plans, and securing cross-functional alignment and executive approvals across various domains including HIPS, PLM, and CapEng. In this strategic position, you will wield your advanced subject matter expertise to steer complex initiatives that enhance divisional performance and inform enterprise-wide planning. By partnering extensively across product development, operations, commercial, and finance teams, you will address multifaceted challenges to ensure cohesion and alignment with overarching organizational goals. You will be responsible for rigorously analyzing operational and financial impacts, identifying value chain trade-offs, and delivering insights that empower informed strategic decision-making at the executive level.
