Consolidation and Reporting Analyst - Manufacturing

What You'll Do

This position is responsible for:



  • Consolidation and reporting of financials for all U.S. and Canadian Assembly Plants
  • Support Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance and external/internal audit procedures related to Assembly Plant financials
  • Review, develop, and consolidate Manufacturing Assembly business plans as well as reviewing model year budgets and capitalization forecasts
  • Present monthly results to the Director of North America Manufacturing Finance
  • Provide guidance and frequent interaction with Manufacturing Operations personnel as well as Assembly Plant Finance staffs
  • Create on-demand budgets for special studies used by senior management in making long-term investment decisions

  • A better understanding of actual and forecasted Financial Performance
  • A deep understanding of annual budgets and forecasts adjusted for the new model year budget standards
  • Additional exposure to SOX, compliance and internal controls


What This Role Will Prepare You For



  • These roles provide direction, review, and the validation of plant financial information
  • Exposure to senior management by presenting financial performance



Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Finance experience
  • Demonstrated success in financial analysis, process improvements, and leading a project or a team
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite products and financial consolidation tools


Preferred Qualifications



  • MBA, CMA, CPA or equivalent
  • Preferably industrial environment experience
  • SAP, and Hyperion Essbase
