Overview

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Engineering & Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training.



Responsibilities

    Establishes lifecycle management of MD 9 systems and servers. Includes install/update/troubleshooting, policies, resource management, vulnerability scans, patching, STIG/SRG application, and SOP development. Senior proficiency recommended due classified systems lifecycle responsibility.
  • Supports full-spectrum COMSEC management at the user level and serves as the subject matter expert. Includes systems (up to 9 networks), focal point duties, SOPs, EAP, training, inventories, audits, incidents, requirement letters, access lists, CAP enrollment, handling, issuing, records, software updates, and equipment lists. SME is directly supported by the PWS language


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of related work experience with a TS/SCI Clearance
  • Should also have STIG/SRG, ACAS/Nessus, patching, vulnerability remediation experience.
  • Experience in COMSEC
  • Must meet DoD 8140 qualification requirements for the Systems Administrator work role, designated as work role code 451 at the Intermediate proficiency level


Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $110,800.00/Yr. - USD $185,100.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
