We are hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to drive multi-million-dollar civil scopes-including site dev, utilities, and concrete-for major commercial and modular developments. This field-first role requires 8+ years of experience leading site teams, managing budgets, and steering projects from pre-award through closeout.




  • Work Rotation: 5 weeks onsite / 2 weeks off (alternate option of 3 on / 1 off)

  • Location: Texas (Note: roles are based in Texas, though employees can sit anywhere in the contiguous U.S. Company will pay for rotation transportation to and from home.)

  • Salary: $120K - $140K annual, plus bonus

  • We are not accepting applicants who need employee sponsorship now, or in the future.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage multiple civil scope projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.


Requirements:



  • Proven working experience in construction project management, with civil scope responsibilities.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 8-10 years of experience in project management (with focus on civil scope for projects)
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (commercial build-out, school districts, modular-related construction, civil scope on commercial projects)
  • Experience with project management software tools.
