Truck Scheduler

Are you a scheduling expert with a passion for keeping deliveries on track? Marvin is hiring a Truck Scheduler to join our distribution center team. In this role, you'll plan truck schedules and delivery routes, communicate scheduling information across teams, and help ensure on-time product delivery. Strong organization, communication, and problemsolving skills are key to success in this role. You'll excel if you bring a collaborative mindset, critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, at our Reno, Nevada location

Plan incoming customer orders, determine weekly truck schedules, and prepare
delivery routes to support delivery metrics and business operations.
• Plan export container shipments in coordination with external contacts.
• Communicate scheduling and shipping information to production teams.
• Communicate production schedules with management to support on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Dispatch to arrange product pick-up within
  scheduled routes.
• Plan and communicate test orders for project releases, provide support to other
  team members as needed, and manage re-checks and field service orders

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated skills in critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and decision-making.

• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and communicate effectively across departments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
