In this role as Sr. System Engineer - Modeler, you will join a high performing agile team operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology. The program supports a broad range of activities, including capability modernization, legacy system integration, Agile software development and modernization, cybersecurity, systems security compliance and certification, COTS integration, test and evaluation, implementation, and operations and maintenance (O&M) activities. The selected individual will work closely with customer technical representatives and senior leadership to support engineering discovery, help shape a multi-year solution, and ensure an integrated approach is applied to achieve customer mission objectives. This role will also involve helping to guide technical teams through the successful development of large-scale, highly complex capability development as part of a broader integrated system development effort. The selected candidate will collaborate with a team of Model Based Systems Engineers using DODAF and Unified Architectural Framework (UAF) methodologies. This individual must be able to effectively engage with and brief a variety of stakeholders, including company points of contact, customers, partners, and subcontractors, in support of developing comprehensive architecture artifacts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as this role required the ability to influence, motivate, and work effectively across diverse Agile development teams.
