Insurance service representatives must communicate effectively, while accurately and efficiently handling high claim volume. Position Details: Mercy - Remote Opportunity Insurance Services Representative Full-Time Required Qualifications Education: HS Degree or Equivalent Required Licensure: None Required Experience: N/A Preferred Experience: Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience. Prior Revenue Cycle and/or Healthcare billing or insurance experience Required Certification/Registration: N/A Required Other Skills and Knowledge: Computer and keyboarding skills Preferred Skills and Knowledge: Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
