As a Security Officer Credential Validation in Longboat Key, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a residential community, you will help create a welcoming, secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access, and providing professional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors. You will maintain a visible presence, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns while supporting a culture built on integrity, teamwork, reliability, and care.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential condominium community.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for residents, guests, deliveries, vendors, and contractors in accordance with community procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and incident-related logs and communicate relevant information to property management and/or responding personnel.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of community common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
